Hey ya'll! So, can you believe that summer is almost over....as excited as I am to get things going with basketball, I am not too pumped about school starting back up. It seems like summer school just finished and now it's time for real school to start -- NOT FUN!!!! .... I did take a chemistry class, but dropped because I have finally figured out that any science class was not the way for me to go....So, now I am a sociology major and am looking forward to doing stuff with that. I can also see myself doing some communications classes, but we'll see how it all goes -- remember I am not even 20 years old yet and have no intentions on planning my whole life right now!!!!....besides summer classes this summer, everyone that's been up here on campus have been working their butts off. I honestly feel like I am int he best shape of my life. I feel stronger and feel like I can run a little bit better and for a longer period of time. We had some pretty good games this summer against each other. They were all really competitive and pretty productive too....As far as our schedule, should be a pretty fun season huh?! Those 3 games in there with Minnesota, Notre Dame, and Penn State will just help prepare us for when March comes rolling along. We'll be ready by then, of course we'll be young and there might be some bumps in the road early in the season, but if ya'll are patient, I am sure good things will come of this team. I mean, c'mon, the Final Four is in the Nap -- we have to be there!!!!....playing IPFW this year will be fun, I am sort of glad I didn't have to play against my older sister -- she would have taken it to me!!!!....My schedule is all lined up for the fall and ready to go, I have a nice load, but I think they will be classes that I will actually enjoy, but until then!....right now, just one week left before school gets going again, so until then, I am gonig to spend a week in Florida with Erin -- Erin and I are flying down there this Sunday and coming back Saturday evening....we were supposed to fly out Saturday morning, but with the hurricane down there and everything, we had to change our plans, but it still should be fun and hopefully we'll come back with lots of sun!!!! Ya'll be safe out there and get ready for football season baby!!!! GO BOILERS and GO CUBBIES!!!!
