 I don’t even know where to begin because quite frankly I don’t know where I last left off. Right now, we are 5-4 and play a strong team in Detroit on the 20th at home. The adjustment to the WNBA has been, well, an adjustment. It goes without saying that this is a completely different level than college and the travel is much different as well. So far, our travel schedule has not been so demanding yet, but here as I say that, it’s about to start up pretty heavy as I look at our schedule. One of the biggest difference in travel is not having to have all the team meals on the road like we did in college. It’s nice because I am definitely a home body and I like the independence of being able to eat wherever and whenever I want. However, I do miss the great times my teammates and I would always have out to eat!  I definitely miss them (A LOT), but Seattle is becoming a cool place and I do enjoy my teammates and coaches out here. It’s just very far away from all the people I love back home. And plus, there aren’t any corn fields out here!  I am going to get out of here for now, but I will be back more frequently to update things the rest of the season. Thanks for visiting.
