BIG TEN TOURNEY CHAMPS!!!! Was that unbelievable or what?! What a weekend for our seniors--I am so happy for them! That game against Penn State was so much fun to play and to be honest--it really gives my semi-state game last year a run for the money for being the best game I have ever been a part of!!!!.....Now, that we have come back down to earth, we have been having some really competitive practices with each other--just trying to get better everyday....But alright, the #2 seed--I guess at first we were really disappointed because we truly felt that we had done enough to earn that #1 spot--it just came as a total shock because we were all really wanting that #1 seed--it was like a stab right in the heart--I can remember sitting there and ESPN told us Coach Curry was going to be live after the next segment and when it came on and announced Texas as the #1 seed--I thougt, crap--we got the #2--it just really hurt at first. But like I am saying "at first".....now, we are all really okay with the fact that we are a #2 seed and actually feel pretty proud of it--and to be honest--I wouldn't trade our #2 seed for anything--we are excited we are going to Iowa and are looking forward to playing all of our games on a neutral court. I mean, things could have been a lot worse for us. But, we feel fortunate to get the #2 seed and are excited to be in the West--in the end, you know, it really doesn't matter what seed you are because every team you play is trying to extend their season as long as possible. We have four seniors on this team who deserve to win their last game--I kind of look at as I did with myself last year at The Grove--I thought we deserved to win our last game--and now, Reke, E, B, and Linds all deserve to go out on top....One game at a time....
